Our current availability is shown below. We are applying a three-day gap between the end of each booking and the housekeeping visit and a further three-day gap before the next arrival. We believe this is the only effective way of safeguarding our guests and housekeeper from the risk of infection.
You will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee when your booking is confirmed. The balance is due 14 days before your holiday commences, we will send you an e-mail reminder when the final payment is due.
Please note that the minimum stay is five days during the peak season from Easter to the end of September and for the Christmas period. We normally accept short breaks and weekend stays (min 2 days) outside of this period but are not accepting short breaks at present due to the need to apply a three-day gap around each booking. The maximum is limited to 30 days to comply with HMRC rules on furnished holiday lettings. We have no restriction on changeover days which can take place on any day of the week. We do not have any cancellation charges apart from the non-refundable deposit, even at very short notice, and we do not require a security deposit.
Our daily rate varies between £54/night in low season rising to £99/night in July and August. Stays of seven days or more attract a discount of approximately 10% on the daily rate.
Housekeeping, which includes cleaning and laundry, is a fixed fee regardless of the duration of your visit and is currently set at £77. All of this is paid direct to our cleaner.

COVID-19 – Cancellations, Rebooking and Refunds
In response to Government advice, we were forced to cancel all bookings with arrival dates between the 23 March and the 4 July 2020. We offered all affected guests the option of rebooking for a later date or an immediate full refund as preferred. We will continue to waive our usual cancellation terms and will offer a full refund for any future bookings which may be affected in the event of the restrictions being re-introduced. We are committed to ensuring that none of our guests lose out as a consequence of the current pandemic, either through direct or indirect causes, please contact us if you have any concerns and we will be as flexible as possible in adapting to your circumstances.
